Summer Bicycle Commuter Challenge
June 1 - July 31, 2011

Rules

1)  Team Captains must register all team members.  Team Captains can use the "Individual Registrations" downloadable on the "Register" page to collect information on each Team Member.  "Individual Registrations" are not turned into the GRTMA.

2)  Teams may form, add, or delete a Team Member until midnight of June 15th.

3)  Rider activity by any deleted Team Member will automatically move to the new team with him or her, or, if a rider withdraws from the competition entirely, his activity will be deleted altogether.

4)  A Team Member, formerly part of a team, may avoid being dropped from competition by completing a Roster as a Solo Team, as long as it is received by the GRTMA no later than 5 p.m. on June 16th.

5)  Team Captains who fail to submit team activity reports by the deadlines (June 15, June 30, July 15, July 30, and August 5) will be contacted by e-mail in an attempt to collect the data.  If a Team Captain cannot provide the activity reports by these deadlines, he or she must designate another Team Member to fulfill this responsibility.

6)  Failure to submit reports by the deadline will exclude Team Members from prize drawings and may keep the team from trophy competition.

7)  Directions for completion of forms are included on "Instructions" with each downloadable form. If a Team Captain has difficulty with the forms or the instructions, he or she can contact the GRTMA at tour@grtma.org or the Tour de Redmond Coordinator at 425-702-8001, x205.

8)  All decisions as to trophies and prize drawings are final.
